At PipelineRunner.com we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with Pipeline Runner and what it can do for you. However, just in case our confidence should ever prove to be misplaced, here is what you can do if you are dissatisfied in any way:

Talk to Us

The starting point is to let us know that you have a problem. If we don’t know, obviously we can’t do anything about it. You can complete the form at the foot of this page, open a Support Request,  or call or email us. We will try to help and will resolve your problem if we possibly can. If for any reason we cannot, here are your options:

Returns

Since Pipeline Runner is a digital product delivered electronically, there is nothing to return. If you no longer require the software simply uninstall it. We will be very sad to see you go, but it is of course your absolute right to do so.

Refunds

  • Free Licenses: Obviously if you bought it for free, there is nothing to refund. All you need do is uninstall the software.
  • Paid Licenses: If we have done something wrong, and cannot put it right for you, we will of course provide a full refund. On top of that, you will still be welcome to continue to use the software subject to the terms of the free Basic license.

Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions do not affect this policy, although they do refer to it. You can check out the terms if you want more information, or simply get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
