Dedicated technical support is available with the purchase of any type of Commercial license for the use of the software. The extent and duration of this support will be defined as part of the terms of the license that you purchase and will apply for the entire duration of that license term.
At the time of writing there are two types of Commercial license available:
Commercial License - offers standard technical support during office hours via the Support Request form on the website.
Pro License - offers extended technical support via email as well as the Support Request form on the website.
Important: The number and type of licenses that are available may be changed at any time. However, once you have purchased a license you will be entitled to all rights conferred by that license for its entire term.
